Quality Policy

"We want to achieve the compromise of our employees, suppliers and customers to develop, produce and distribute in time, competitive products and services to satisfy our customers. In order to evaluate and improve customer satisfaction, we use control systems and surveys, which are the main source to stablish quality goals for the company. The main issues to establish quality goals in the company are: customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, return on investment and responsible care.

For this purpose, we have developed and implemented a Quality System described in the Quality Book in conformity with the requirements of the Norm ISO 9001:2000.
